I'll take Chemistry over Physics any day

My husband was out of town. What to do?

What to do?

Mmmmmm ... chick flicks with some Ben & Jerry's. I made a fabulous choice.

The Notebook.

Have you seen it? Holy enchilada. I haven't seen that kind of chemistry on screen in ages. Granted, when you're missing your husband terribly, it's not necessarily the best choice. I was a giant mess.

I also tried wading my way through Closer. I LOVE anything artsy-fartsy. However, I was reminded why I have given up R-rated movies. You get the unnecessary with the fartsy. One good thing came out of it. I'm now completely obsessed with Damien Rice's "Blower's Daughter." I have literally had that song in my head for three days straight.

Can't take my eyes off of you ....

That has got to be one of my favorite movies. I saw it in the theater with the husband and (don't tell) even he shed a tear. And woo, what a good looking cast! I bought the movie as soon as it came out on DVD. LOVE IT!

My hubby shed a few tears over The Notebook too. I read it to him when the book first came out, sooo good!

Damien Rice is an amazing musical artist. I have two of his CD's and every song on both CD's amazes me each time I listen to him. :)

"Closer" was a bit rough...but Clive Owen was very handsome :-)
