What icks you out?
A few weeks ago, I was doing laundry (really!). My fingernails had grown out quite a bit. Well, somebody's wet sock caught my little pinky nail and bent it all the way backwards.

Last week I was getting dressed, and noticed what felt like a marble in my armpit (which is weird, because I don't keep my marbles there!). It was a good, ole' fashioned swollen lymph node - which I've never had in my life. And there it was, just all sitting there being a big lump in a place where there should be regular unshaven hair.

Now, some of you are picturing the unshaven hair.

Well, the pinky nail went back into place, and broke off two days later. The pit lump is almost gone. Yet, anytime I just THINK about them.
Well, ya' know.

I totally feel for you with the bent nail, that juts totally grosses me out.
Do you use the same kind of deodorant all the time (i.e. do you keep buying the same brand.) I got a lump under my arm once and my doctor told me to change anti-perspirants, somehow those chemicals can build up....
But you should go see the doctor about that lump though....
so you're not concerned about the lump? is this normal for you?
I feel ya with the fingernail thing. I've been trying my darndest to grow nails and I flip them frequently. It freakin' hurts. Urgh. Those with no fingernails have no idea.
What a cute post. I could write on that one a good while.
One of my things is the little hairs that grow under the chin, and usually I discover them when I'm out in public and that's when I try to pull them out.
Ohhhhh and hot flashes -- you are probably way to young for those, but they can be a trip all by themselves.
eeeeEEEEEEEEsssshh?!? how abt aaarrrgH! like the time my daughter picks up whatever she finds and puts it in her mouth...when i try to retrieve it she bites me! aargH! or after spending a *lot* of time getting her all dressed up i turn to find her playing with the food she's spilled?!?! all over her arms, legs, clothes.... and would you believe it- hair?!!? argH! :p
