No matter what!

Thirty minutes a day no matter what. No matter what. NO MATTER WHAT!

I've done it! For ten straight days I have done some sort of exercise for 30 minutes each day ... no matter what. It's mostly walking, but it has been every day, without fail, no matter what.

What about you? It's not too late. Start today. Just 30 minutes of something. Last night it was too cold to walk, so I just cranked the radio and danced (moving my arms a lot to keep up my heart rate).

This afternoon A and I made whole wheat tortillas (no hydrogenated gunk - made with some super duper extra virgin olive oil). It was a first attempt and they are yum. I can even freeze these. So, I don't think we'll be going back to store bought. These are little amoebas from heaven.

Yum! I need to learn how to make tortillas.

Congrats on exercising every day. I used to jog in the mornings but it has been so cold! I need someone with a cattle prod getting my butt up.

But, but, but... I don't even have the energy to vacuum today! Good for you though!

I have been braving the cold mornings to do a bit of run/walking lately myself. Good for you girl!!! I won't be eating any store bought tortillas either. There is just NO comparison... ;)

I make exercise a male bonding time with my son. I Gazelle while we watch episodes of Smallville on DVD. We are almost finished with season 4!

I haven't visited in a while... and I hope this isn't the voice of God! My butt and thighs have gone to jiggle in unprecidented proportions. 30 minutes you say? That really is reasonable. Let me think about that while I chew on another biscotti...
