Black Bean Burger Tacos



Make up a batch of Quick Burgers (I used ground flaxseed instead of oats, because I didn't have any gluten free oats in the house).  Make the patties in a more oblong shape.  Why?  Because you can just pop them straight onto a tortilla.  Fill with your favorite taco toppings and voila - Black Bean Burger Tacos!

You could also crumble up the patties.  I did that with the leftovers. 

This is one of the easiest things I've made in a very long time, and they were dang good.  You can add in so much yummy crap to the burgers.  Just don't get too crazy or they won't hold together.  For the gluten free crowd, just use corn tortillas.

Vegan.  Gluten free.  Delish.  The end.

Wow, these were amazing. For the record, I fried mine in a cast-iron frypan because it's a heat wave and I am NOT turning on my oven... but they turned out fab!
