I have been posting a few of our videos (not beautifully created ones like yours but in the moment ones we take for our safety) and it has helped our children feel like they are helping others. They are all to the point or getting to the point they want to help other families get through this horrifying process. That intention is an amazing step in their healing and self esteem. I get tons of private emails and comments about how it makes other families feel about their lives and the nightmare they are living. It helps to see they are not alone and gives them new techniques to try.
