Luckily I had brought along a box of baking soda. I sprinkled it over the barf and while I was calling her mom and getting her ready to go home, it took the smell away. I went back to bed and vacuumed it up the next morning. Natural stuff works the best. THanks for sharing the info. Also, baking soda in your carpet for those invisible super-stinks (someone tracked in some kind of powerful poopoo smell on mine that I couldn't see) really works too. Just let it sit and then vacuum.
